Delivery & Postal Charges for Uk Mainland Only
All orders received by 11am will usually be dispatched to you on the same working day. Our standard delivery service will take between 2 - 3 working days( for UK mainland deliveries). Please contact us for postal charges if you are outwith the UK Mainland.
If for any reason your goods are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. Scooters and larger items will normally be with you in under 3 days. All goods must be signed for and any damage reported to us within 24 hours.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, in an unused & as new condition within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund less your original delivery costs. You will personally be responsible for the return delivery including any delivery costs to us. You will be required to return the product with all its original inner & outer packaging be unused and in an undamaged condition.
We reserve the right to charge for repairs / replacements to any damaged products returned to us and may refuse any products not returned in their original condition.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Lost in Post Policy (UPDATED 23/11/2009)
You can have either Standard Shipping ( Standard First Class Royal Mail) or
Recorded delivery.
Please add another £ 1.00 for UK recorded: Recorded delivery out with the UK please add another £ 4.00
LOST IN POST POLICY - RECORDED DELIVERY
If 5 working days have passes since your order was SHIPPED and the tracking number shows no attempt has been made at delivery we will Re -ship your order within 2 working days UK Mainland only.
LOST IN POST POLICY - Standard Shipping: If your goods have been lost on the first delivery we will ONLY RE-POST to your address by recorded delivery. The postal cost are then your responsibility. We will refund all amount up to £ 40.00 if your item has been lost by the Royal Mail Postal system. Any items with more than that value will be your responsibility to ask for recorded delivery. Any goods with the value of £ 75.00 or more will automatically be signed for delivery (UK Mainland only). Refund will be given as and when we receive a refund from the Royal Mail or our courier. We highly recommend you ask for Recorded delivery especially if you want the goods to be posted outwith the UK.
Warranty
All products supplied by us are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a defect arising under the warranty the product must be returned to our premises for repair in the original packaging. This is in addition to and in no way effects your statutory rights. You will personally be responsible for the return delivery including any delivery costs to us.
